rights

you have the rights ; you have rights to use my work for personal use, socials, covers, and animations! you may also resell anything i design as long as it is not for more than the original price.
commercial usage ; please contact me regarding commercial usage!
you do not have the rights ; you may not use my work for ai-generative images or software or nfts.

editing

amount of editing ; I will allow as many revisions as wanted during the initial sketching phase. while rendering, a total of 3 minor revisions will be allowed. any further revisions will require an up-charge depending on complexity.

extra

any other terms ; all payment must be done with at least 50% upfront.
refunds ; full refunds will be offered if work has not started. if i have already begun to work on your commissions, only partial refunds will be offered subject to the current progress.
